I really appreciate this dish with me being a diabetic. Most people don't think of the diabetic and making the food where it's able to be eaten by people that have high sugar low and other health problems as well and I think that what you're doing by having the good healthy choice of things makes it all that much more worth watching your channel in the foods that you create. I look forward to making this recipe. Keep up the good work and making the videos and making such delicious recipes and I look forward to seeing more in the future.

+Able Lock Thank you Able, I appreciate the comment. I think most people should follow a diabetic diet, meaning less sugar. I personally am cutting back on sugar which includes carbs to be healthier. I have found cauliflower to be a wonderful substitute for rice. Thanks for your comment.

Nearly 1 year later and thanks to lifestyle changes and some of your recipes especially using cauliflower to replace other ingredients 94 pounds lost and my cardiologist reduced my meds from 9 to 4!!! sounds great, i tried making cauliflower pizzas in the past but I found it awkward to work with. But this looks straight forward so will give it a try for sure

I love cauliflower rice Robin. That chicken fried rice looks amazing, and coconut Aminos is great I use it all the time. I also use the Braggs All purpose seasoning which is great tasting also.

I made fried quinoa the other day and it was crazy good. The first time I made it I diced the ginger into tiny chunks... Not tiny enough, lol. Every few bites would get overwhelmed with ginger.

This looks delicious Robin! I was wondering though. Sesame oil can be pretty strong and over powering and you used quite a bit of it, but your oil also doesn't look dark at all like the one I had. Yours looks almost like olive oil. Can you do these recipes with frozen cauliflower after letting them thaw? Do you have a vid on how to make Cauliflower mash? Really great recipe & TFS! Tc :D

+Kulinary Kreations Yes my sesame oil is mild. Got it at Safeway. If your's isn't they you will probably cut back on it. I have not tried using frozen cauliflower with these recipes so I can't say for sure how it will turn out. Best thing is to give it a go.
