📌Ingredients :
Cauliflower.
~ 1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml).
1 teaspoon of salt.
a pinch of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
~ 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (20g).
the filling :
1 medium onion.
1 medium carrot.
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
a pinch of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
1 can of tuna (80g)- (optional ).
100g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional ).

Made this last night for my wife and I as she loves vegetarian style dishes even though this has the optional tin of tuna (which i used) and we absolutely loved it. I was wowed by the flavour. Cauliflower is one of my favourite vegetables to eat but i just didn't imagine all these flavours together would taste so good. The onion and carrot go so well as toppers. This one is definitely going in to rotation for veg dishes I cook. Outstanding 👏 and thank you for sharing 🙂
