Sometime it perforate, sometimes its very very rough, sometimes the file is angulated extremely in one direction so there is no straight line access (straight line access problems are my most frequent issue). I am practising alot but I am not feeling any improvement so kindly guidance will be much appreciated!

Yes, irrigation should be done to wash out calcium hydroxide in canal. After that dry canal and obturate.

If their is no bledding after overinstrumentation Is it necessary to.place calcium hydroxide or just leave the canal empty for 3 days n do obturation

Indication of calcium hydroxide are different. Necrotic cases, bleeding in canal etc.

Hello doctor, on upper first premolar while I was drying the canals with paper point bleeding was found on the apical part of the paper. Then again I have cleaned irrigated and finally when dried there was no blood and obturation was done on the same day. Patient complained of pain for two days after obturation. After two days pain is almost gone except some dull pain. What shall I do now? Shall I reopen it or wait?

Sir I had a question so I took WL measurement with X-ray and it was 22 ,it showed 1.5 mm short so I tried to achieve 23.5 but pt feels sharp pain when I file to that length and she is fine at 22 mm .Amd also there was bleeding from canal when going to 23.5 .What could be the reason ,is it beyond pdl or still pulp tissue.For now I sealed with CAOH .What do you recommend

Hi sir What could be reason of post obturation pain after obturation after doing proper bmp and when ders no pain and bleeding During obturation, and after removing gps ders bleeing from apex and pain is relieved have experienced this in 2-4% of my cases

Yes it happens, main reason for this is improper width of preparation. Bleeding type you mentioned is periapical exudate mixed with blood. Pain is mild in these cases. Improve your BMP and irrigation protocol.

Sir I have done bmp properly in lower 7 n have prepared lingual canal with blue hand protaper 6 % still canal was bleeding what could I do to stop it?? I didn't injure pdl n working length was also ok

You have over-prepared the canal. Yellow protaper (F1) is sufficient for mesiolingual canal. Now put calcium hydroxide in canal and leave for 15 days🙏🙏

Hi can you clarify your irrigation regime, do you mean only using saline if suspected perforation (?). Because hypochlorite is gold standard irrigant for Endo , thanks

Hey i have a open tooth from 4months cuz ive been swollen and we open it but for now tooth stay open and idk what to do, one dentis want to pulled it and other no,i have bleeding from it , no pain ,no swollen .. is it dangerous to stay open ? I dont want to pull it , but i dont want to go to a dentist rn in this time. Do u think i have performed canal? Im very worried because i hear i can die from tooth but i know this is when u swollen not like that. Is this true?

Don't worry, relax. Usually dentist left the tooth open when there is lot of pus inside. Once it is drained, tooth can be filled. Visit an endodontist nearby. It can easily be cured. 🙏🙏

Sir your videos are very informative and practical...I have faced so many issues in clinical practice like this... But one peculiar problem is there that no-one has been able to address... During obturation , when I recapitulate the canals with hand protaper files till perfect working length , there is no pain...but when I insert the protaper GP till that working lenght then the patient experiences pain...then I cut the tip of the GP and obturate till the patient does not experience any pain...why is this so ?? Please help sir...

2 points 1. You are doing a bit of over preparation 2. Improve the quality of GP. They may be not standardized 🙏🙏
