Im left handed but learned to play guitar right handed(in the 70's), and I noticed left handed guys like Steve Morse and others lef handers like Phil Collen when they do a fast pick fast run there is a lot of right hand arm movement. Its exactly how I have to do it being left handed, so I guess I dont feel so bad...haha I've tried over the year to get more wrist action and always thought it was due to a motorcycle accident I have when I was young, but I see these pro's doing the same way. Steve Morse is awesome for 70 years old now. I saw Steve 11 years ago opening for Joe Satriani. Steve is still "On the Pipe"!

Steve has artritis in his hand so he changed his technique a lot, that's why the movements you see.
