P0430 and P2098 are popping up on mine. Engine sounds like it’s choking so bad.

This is bad for me, I just did a cat delete this came up, but some bolts are still loose I couldn’t tighten them all the way and I have an exhaust leak and I also had problems connecting a 02 sensor on bank 1 but my problem comes from bank 2🙁

Fixed the exhaust leak and the code came back, Ugh.

I have a 2012 chrysler 300c, I've changed all oxygen sensors and checked for exhaust leaks and also changed all spark plugs. I still have the 2098 code. What else can it be or need to check?
