Thank you for your this video. For last so many years, I have been suffering from this issue of having dryness in my throat, which leads to some times severe coughing. Taking a few sips of warm water helps me remove this dryness n gives instant relief from cough. Another homely treatment which I employ, based on my experience, is to have spicy food with specially green chillies. This loosen up the cough in my throat, which I can easily spit it out.

Your suggestions are excellent. But do we have any medicine or home remedy to stop post nasal drip.. I am actually suffering from GERD and some doctors are also saying that along with GERD, I have post nasal drip. Due to this, almost whole day I get irritation in my throat due to sticky cough... Since last 6 years, I am suffering from this problem. I tried many medicines. Also undergone from Endoscopy as well. But the situation is same. No much benefit of medicines. Particularly at bed time, this situation gets worst.

Best way to avoid acidity and mucus is to eat less, especially during the night I had adopted your advised but it didn't work. I met a doctor who advised me to eat less ,small meals. At night eat less and go to bed after 3 hrs. This worked like miracle...do elaborate on this in your future video.

Thank you very much for such an useful video. Presently in the night I am facing the same problem of acid reflux due to which the 'Balghum' getting stuck in throat and I am unable to breathe. I have to take tremendous effort to take out the strucked Balghum from the throat. Till the thing is cleared from the throat I am unable to sleep. Moreover in the daytime every now and then I have to clear the throat. Even if I take some cow ghee in my breakfast the balghum starts coming out from throat so also oil tadka. Please advise sir.
