Gelatine mixture: Bloom 30g gelatine in 88g water for 15 minutes. Boil 37g sugar with 150g water and add colour. Mix both together and bring to room temperature. You can double or triple the recipe.

You can definitely do that, but I had my light source above the cake while taking the photograph ❤️

When you put the gelatin over the ganache, does it solidify without refrigeration? And how long does it last at room temperature?I'm Brazilian and I don't speak English. I wrote by Google. I need to make a water effect cake to be exposed for a day at room temperature. Please reply

The solidification depends on the climate. If it’s cold enough at room temperature, it will solidify by itself. But if it’s warm, please keep it in fridge for 20 minutes at least.
