The workout is simple... but insane. 1 kettlebell. Just 20 minutes. 3 Exercises.
Can you complete it? Can you complete it unbroken?
30 seconds single arm swings on one side
30 seconds single arm swings on the other side
30 seconds full snatch on one side
30 seconds full snatch on the other side
30 seconds overhead reverse lunge on one side
30 seconds overhead reverse lunge on the other side
Repeat 6 rounds
Makes a total of 18 minutes
Finish with 2 minutes of push-ups

Unbroken. Didn’t “count” reps, but averaged 17 1-arm swings per side, 8 snatch, 6 OHRL, 28 push-ups (surprisingly hard after 18:00 of kettlebell work). Male 50, 5’10”, 180.

Plus I finished it off with 100 push-ups. Doing 100 push-ups a day for a month. Going to start Dan John’s 10,000 kettlebell swings in a month tomorrow. Breaking it up with 1 Caveman WOD per week instead of 5 kettlebell swing workouts a week, so 10,000 will take me 5 weeks, not 4.

Completed unbroken with a 12kg kb. Probably some no reps on the oh lunge but my knees are a bit dodgy and I find lunges painful so can't quite touch the floor. Pressups were hopeless after all that though 😅😅. Love love love your workouts

That's amazing, that means you did at least one rep of each exercise every two seconds without any time for switching taken into account, and you even reverse lunged within 2 seconds. Not sure if I've seen any good overhead reverse lunge performed within 2 seconds, but that's an incredible pace.
