So about the mutant human part. It's even crazier than what Sseth describes: If you pick the 'Chimera' morphotype, you will rapidly start to grow extra limbs and other body parts even without spending mutation points on getting-say- multiple arms. And they can appear anywhere. I once had a character who had a face grow out of his newly grown venomous tail and more arms than a Hindu deity. He was such a genetic disaster that he could no longer even wear armor, hats or even shoes because I had given him hooks for feet at the beginning of the game. Upside is that because my character was skilled in axes and short blades so it all worked togheter to turn him into a whirlwind of butchery, limb-removing destruction that-assumig he didn't chop you to tiny pieces immediatly- could peck at you with his beak, gore you with his horns and sting at you with his tail. AND he could regenerate his own lost body parts. Even his extra heads. Never had to worry about being decapitated and instantly dying again. Long story short: I essentialy became Godrick the Grafted from Elden Ring combined with General Grevious AND a Resident Evil final boss and then some. Just absolute body horror.

The outcome is a 75% positive outcome, so saving before any action and changing the parameters (by running around for a few seconds) re-rolls the 75% chance you failed earlier.

Mimic: a creature that started out on DnD, but eventually graduated to becoming a common nuisance in most fantasy (and even Sci-Fi) RPGs. Basically, as it's name implies, a mimic can mimic anything. It's favorite disguise is a treasure chest or a pile of shiny loot, exploiting most adventurers' inherent greed and willingness to disregard their common sense ('why is there a reward, here, in a seemingly normal and empty room; it's too convenient, probably a trap') when they see something they want. They also occasionally disguise themselves as pieces of furniture or even parts of the walls, ceiling, and floor. They're especially hated by new Dark Souls players, who develop a paranoid PTSD whenever they see a treasure chest.

The Nutty Putty Cave death is an absolute nightmare. He and his family were pretty good cave explorers as a hobby and that guy (I forgot his name already whoops) decided to go off the marked path and crawled down into a weird shaped hole which trapped him upside down. The main problem however is the form of the human body, specifically the skeleton. The way the angle the cave goes, the legs prevented him from being able to moving back out the hole. I think he also had to crawl through a really tight hole which compressed his ribcage slightly but once passed it the ribcage expands back to normal meaning he cannot at all go back. If I'm remembering correctly the rescuers figured that out after breaking his legs trying to angle him out of the hole but down in the hole his ribcage was preventing him from being pulled out. His family and him said their last goodbyes and prayed together and left him. He basically stayed there and died after a couple days. The cave was sealed with concrete to prevent people from going in.

A mimic is an old school fantasy/Sci-fi type of monster that is essentially a really fucking hungry apex predator that shapeshifts into a generic item or part of the environment. You're walking through a dungeon, and you find a treasure chest out in the open. The moment you open it up, you've suddenly found your hands in the jaws of a very hungry, very lethal shapeshifter. They're not the most powerful creature, but their ability to take you completely by surprise at the worst possible time makes them surprisingly good at scaring the shit out of unsuspecting people.

I will never understand the shameless poaching of content that is reaction videos on youtube. You're essentially leeching views from the content creator who put lots of time and effort into what he does just to give your garbage opinion on it. If you really want to do something original, I recommend doing a let's play of CoQ instead. At least then you'll be generating your own content and not ripping off Sseth, and people will probably enjoy watching that more than watching you stare blankly at someone else's video while chortling at the jokes in it.
