To be honest, it's "just" a GT4 car (well, not even that, actually) and you can register Cup Porsches if you know people or even make an Aston Vantage GT4 road legal ... I guess a Cayman GT4 CS isn't too far off from being road legal with minor changes?

I think it was him just slamming on the brakes to avoid hitting the cayman after that he was having a hard time keeping the car under control until he calmed down and just drove like he should without worrying about catching up.

Yeah it certainly seemed like the tires went away or that part of the track was particularly greasy, one or the other. Probably tires considering the cayman was fine.
