The radio conditions have been fantastic lately i like the sound of that new superstar 3900 and the look does it tell you the frequency you are on when you hold in the up/down buttons on the mic .I seen someone do it on an ares

Hi i also have the Ares 2, . But the new superstar 3900, is like the old cobra's, it can be programmed with the 40 UK channels, FM and the New channels on the midband, or it can be expanded so it work's like a modded cobra 148gtldx super low to super high. The KC shift works so you can go 5 +or_. Clarifier works on reception. Bought mine from Knights, . But to answer your question no it doesn't show the frequency if you press the up/& down button. It works like a old school radio, I love mine, it works fine, cheers Martin 😁👋.
