Thats actually Nelly's own backup dancers. They toured with her all of last summer. She prolly didnt want any others then those two, not on Junos part I would say. She prolly wanted them to get the shine and not just be mixed in a bigger group of dancers.

Beautiful outfit, she looks abd sounds great and has some catchy songs. The only advice i have is don't ask the crowd to sing lines when it's not a concert packed with your fans who know your songs. She has success but she's not universally huge loke others where you will know her songs and lyrics whether you love or hate that arrtist. The quietness made this performance of I'm like a bird look lazy. I hate it too when artists do that because it actually ruins the song. Especially if you don't hear the line at all, as in it's blank. It's not a performance I'd wanna watch again if it's that way. Also the audio isn't needed to get for a live recording as well. Anyway she did most of this great and looks great. :)
