If I could pick any frontman to study it'd be Brandon Flowers. He's an extremely layered, conflicted, unsure individual. He seems to never think he's done good enough and never satisfied when he's done extremely well. He never quits and his ambition is incredible. He wants to continue upward and hasn't fallen victim to drugs or alcohol. He's a spiritual man which is rare in rock and roll and is committed to his family. But yet there's something beneath the surface that's always questioning.... But yeah anyway good interview haha

Really like this interviewer, he did a great job! There is something "magical" about Brandon. He is authentically himself, a special edition, an original. All the stars he aspired to be, are taken, we don't need another Liam Gallagher etc... I feel, you can be inspired by other artists, but we need people like Brandon, who add a fresh twist to stars from the past, not direct copies. Also, his wife & kids seem so adorable, so glad he chose to put them first xx

As a normal citizen and getting up going to work and having to pick a song to drive to work to or to anything that you were about to do I think I struggle in my head as to how the music influences me in that moment and it influences me on how I make decisions. If that makes sense. So having someone like Brandon flowers make music and be who he is is very very comforting knowing that there is these higher class people who have the same morals as you. So Brandon flowers thank you for being that person. You have something that all those rockstars were missing and that’s love for your family. I think in the long run that outweighs all of them. It’s definitely an eternal Glory

Not comparing music at all, but listening to him, he sounds like he shares the values of Jon Bon Jovi, Springsteen etc. He knows he's got a voice, he knows he himself has flaws, but just wants the world, starting with the USA to be a fairer place. A place where hard work & honesty IS enough for you to get by. Where being born in the wrong neighborhood, or the wrong ethnicity, holds you back at every juncture; until there's no more road to stay on. In short, he wants parity & honesty(@systemic levels)! He's quite an enigma. Seems like a gentle soul, who's fierce, when it matters. Loving seeing him.
