Xiola Blue was 18 when she died. Perry met her at 14. It is commonly understood that she was likely a minor when she first slept with Perry. Whether he got her into dope or not, who knows, but anyone who cops for a kid and then has sex with them is disgusting.

@@Houndmousethesparklerdemon. Well… he did. ‘Three Days’ (that f’cking masterpiece) is about the last weekend she spent with him and his girlfriend at the time, Casey. The three of them were lovers. I was under the impression, however, that she was 17-18 when that was happening. This is one that’s close to my heart. There’s this important element that non-addicts usually don’t understand. About the bond that occurs when we connect with people out there who have real heart. How rare that is, and how confusing that can become. How easy it is to turn relief into friendship, friendship into sex, and sex into love. How life experience has a way of rendering the names and ages bestowed on us by our parents almost.. incidental to what we’ve become. We’re in a vacuum where those things don’t even seem to exist. It’s just we three. As we are. I’m not talking about children, mind you. Jesus no. I just mean that 16 and 23 aren’t so different or far from each other in that life. Especially back then. See, I was a ‘Xiola’ (so-to-speak) to a couple who was older than me. Same era, same kind of situation. Our bond was immediate, real and immeasurably deep. It was a long time ago, and looking back on it is like remembering a fever dream, but, even now after all of these years as a drug-free, contributing member of society (whatever the hell that means) I still see it as one of the most important relationships of my life. I think I might’ve died out there if it hadn’t been for them. I guess my point is that, unless you’re there, or were there, to observe details and context, you can’t really know the whole truth. Not really.

It is so refreshing to see a major artist and icon recognize his responsibilities to the public. He does it with positivity and depth. He is very interesting. He has talent and he uses it to make the world a better place. When he talks about art being a "reflection of our lives" I get goose bumps.
