I just stumbled on this encouraging message. It was timely because I've been preaching in our kids church for months now, and it's hard for me to acknowledge that what I'm currently struggling with is Insecurity. I would present my message to the kids with the thought of, the other kids teachers/preachers are better and so better to pick them and give the mic on.
