My husband doesn't drink coffee, worked very hard, and had a flip phone into our fifth year of marriage 😅 he had $10k saved before we met, which really impressed my dad! Got married when I was 21, he was 26. Married for 11.5 years now, 4th baby due in a few days, and he's still the hardest worker and most loving father I know, not to mention a wonderful husband!!

Hopefully he still does the flip phone thing.

I’ve been married 30yrs without getting into arguments constantly fighting….we have always put the Lord first, from the valley to the mountaintops…..it’s been an adventure for sure……one thing we have in our home is laughter, we have fun more then not…..I didn’t have music and laughter in the house growing up. I made sure all my children were given ample opportunity to study music or art….it was joyful beyond measure…..thank you Lord for giving us joy unspeakable joy! 😅

My daughter and son-in-law got married at 18&19. They had been dating 4 years and had learned how to work together as a TEAM. (Putting things in the right order helps!!!) My daughter had been "dating" another guy, and during worship, God told her "He's not the one." So she broke up. .. I LOVE them being married at that age. They've been married 10'years now and are campus pastors and work for their ARC church & college campus.

Oh, I have been a purging declutterer who had been inspired by our oldest daughter's minimalist mindset since 2016. During the shutdown, I began watching MANY minimalists/declutterers/organizers. Marie Kondo's name has come up many a time, but her whole does it spark joy concept just made me scratch my heads. 😂

I call bogus on the prepping a woman. You're just wasting time on fools gold that will intensify the heartbreak. She either loves you or she doesn't. The more you cower, the less she feels it necessary to deliver.

The marriage assessment is typical, baiting you into creating an account to see your results. If you care about marriages, why be gimmicky salesmen type?

Maybe because it is costs labor and money to do stuff, like writing, editing, hosting a website. There are free assessments out there if you want to look around a bit.

Appreciate Focus on the Family, but I'm definitely not feeling this guy. If this is what marriage is you can keep it. He is just making jokes about his being whipped. A few funny points, but self deprecation eventually breeds resentment. I suspect women like his presentation much more than men do.

I only got a few minutes in...not willing to watch any more after hearing about the slaughter of an innocent animal...NOTHING about that is amusing!!!! Though shalt not kill!
@curtiscrick21174 ай бұрын
Did you read the Bible? You can quote the 10 commandments, but did you also read how God required the slaughter of animals on the regular in animal sacrifices that pointed to the final sacrifice, Jesus. And killing animals for meat is all throughout the Bible as well.

Interesting take on hunting your own food. What do you think about eating meat?
@ct3po7763 ай бұрын
They now claim vegetables know they're being eaten, which means eating vegetables is killing, so hope you enjoy eating dirt! Thou shall not kill means other humans! Adam and Eve made vegan clothes, but God declared animal skin was more appropriate for clothing, and made them clothing Himself, so saying fur coats are wrong is the same as saying God is wrong, and He told Noah meat was for man to eat as all the plants had been, so who do the people think they are declaring what should and should not be eaten by everyone else around them?! Obviously they think they are god, above the true God that created them!
