you guys should reinforce the skids just a small bit more on the top side (toward truck not ground) because I got the steel on my tacoma and I can tell you they are not flat anymore lol, got a real nice bend to it. I'll end up reinforcing it a bit more if I ever am not lazy enough

Might as well get a Z71 and do the upgrades to that vehicle? You can even put the front locker on it if needed. Just my thought if you're changing out the shocks.

I love the prinsu rack... but I can tell you, it is far from quite.... the added flat panels fit losely in the side bar slots, and they rattle a vibrate in the wind...

Thank you for the feedback Jamie! The load panels do work best when something is attached to them. That makes them quite and rattle free. We have also come out with our single maxtrax mounts and rotopax mounts and they are absolutely quite because they mount in a different way. That is one of the benefits of our new mounts plus they are pretty affordable! If we can help with anything for you ever with your rack or any CBI/Prinsu products just let us know!

Hi , the side steps can match the 2017 Colorado zr2 and other question with the California baja bumper there's no anyway to put the plate in front? I will ordered only need to know Thanks

The steps are compatible with all the new body style Colorados. As for the bumper, I'm not sure I understand your question. Feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email with any questions that you have regarding our products or fitment.

I’ve only ever had sports cars so I’m completely new to the whole overlanding/off roading scene but I plan on buying a ZR2 Bison at the end of this year for my daily to save miles on my Shelby and have something to go off roading with my friends, is it better to have a diesel or gas engine for your off road vehicle? I don’t plan on towing anything so that wouldn’t be a factor. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am thinking of buying the Colorado perhaps z71 or regular Colorado just to cut down the cost and then add on all accessories. The only thing I would miss is the ZR2 ‘s suspension. At the same time wondering if it will be as expensive as the ZR2

The ZR2 suspension is great but it is limiting if you want to add bumpers and other accessories. The factory ZR2 suspension is not meant for increased weight and the performance suffers when weight is added. There are options to help the ZR2 factory suspension with this issue and they work great but my feeling is you are better to start with a Z71 if you don't need the lockers that come on the ZR2. This will give you far better suspension options.

From what I read I would have a 1,100 lbs payload limit to stay under the GVWR. Do you know if that includes passengers or not? Curious if all the add-ons would put me over. Nice setup

Not without modification. We've see people figure it out, but it's not designed to work with bed covers.

While they should line up the same we have not done any test fitting and cannot say if it will for sure fit or not, and the cost includes both steps.

Hi, any winch between 800 lbs. - 12k lbs. will fit as long as it has a non integrated solenoid box. Sometimes the solenoid box will need to be relocated.

Initially we used a block and then added a full leaf pack. You can go with the OME leaf pack or a Deavor leaf pack. That will make a world of difference to add a full leaf pack from one of those companies for you!

@@CBIOFFROADFAB Which Deaver Pack would you use...1, 2, or 3...I know the 3 is 700 -1000lbs. Which one...if you have a shell and your rear steel bumper dual swing arm with the spare and rotos...which leaf would you go with? Also all the stuff in your bed...long bed?
