CBK Governor Moves To Court To Block His Arrest

Central Bank Governor Njuguna Ndung'u has moved to court to block his impending arrest over alleged abuse of office linked to a Sh1.2 billion tender for security software. Professor Ndung'u maintains he is innocent and has sued the DPP, the Inspector General of Police and the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission over the arrest order. Anti graft detectives spent the better part of the day hunting for Ndung'u.
