Upside-down priorities. We need money in people's pockets and circulating in the economy more than we need new or edited bank notes.

@@roseokumu823 Uhuru is not the example anyone should be following, and printing new notes has no relationship with building a flourishing economy that puts money into people's pockets. If anything it is wasteful expenditure during a time when the govt should be reducing frivolous costs so their budget can be in line with their revenues. The only people who will have money in their pockets when this is over is the company that will print the notes, and the officials who will decide which company gets the tender to do the job.

This is exactly what I wanted to say - we don't need new notes but if they must change them again, they had better make them more durable. The 2019 notes were trash with next to 0 durability.
