Justice Jackson is not using her position in a Judicial role. She is playing the role of a prosecutor. It is the right and duty of each Justice to question both sides but not to act as a litigator. If Justice Jackson wanted to act as a litigator, then maybe she should have resigned herself to the role of an attorney. This could be said of several Justices but, Justice Jackson seems to be placing herself in an Argumentive role more than any of the other Justices!
