you could easily add a temp switch for the cooling fan. at a given temp it switches the fan on and prevents overheating even if you forgot to switch on the fan by yourself in the first. a backup security the most simple reverse gear is a car/truck starter motor and a 60 ah battery.

bead roller, power radius roller, hand plasma w/built in compressor, and a cnc plasma table with wet table filtration. Naw, let's face it, he needs his own fully setup shop, with lifts, and all the equipment. Either on his own land big enough to test, are close enough to a couple of places where he can test anything. Only to do either one of those, and set a shop up, he has to get some bigger sponsors, as well as someone to manage the funds, also find himself a test driver that's capable of explaining whatever it is needed to improve the project.

Awesome idea to make them bolt in so if get severely damaged from rocks or debris can remove and straighten or replace. To stop or prevent rattle you can split 1/8 rubber tuding with razor blade . Slip over edges and one completely around panel glue ends together. Works great to line hole in sheet metal to run wires through too so don't wear through jacketing.

A Saginaw 3 speed looks close as well. Popular for older GM cars (50's, 60's, 70's) Might work as well. This transmission is popular for dirt track racing, used in 2nd gear usually depending on track size. Hope it helps. God bless and stay well.

Nice! built many over decades. Lessons Learned previously let me a slight different Direction with the CBR1000. Which I fabricated a supercharger for. Adding 30-40hp 😯 I learned as far back as the '70s building mud trucks and hot rods gearing is everything. And the money and time swapping ring and pinions or to lesser degrees sprockets. As well as never quite having adequate breaks. Well it resulted in Corolla running gear. Hubs, brakes f/r connected to my own swing arms. ( no McPherson strut) But the real trick with relative ease of installation is running the 1,000 chain directly to a sprocket attached to the Corollas 6-speed manual transaxle😁. Depending on what width you use either the 2 short or 2 long shafts. I used both long shafts. I did gear down with the sprocket before the tranny. Which leaves me plenty of torque even with the overdrive"s". Top end is still in the nosebleed section. A Six speed tranny but with additional six close drive gear ratios. Using a five-star 2/4 Truck Body (under 200#) and the legal requirements for my state, it is street legal. Just under 1200# So with the Corolla tranny I have gearing for the interstate, highways, dirt roads, trails and low range for rock crawling. Did I mention that tranny has a limited slip and reverse. Over the decades I raced most everything from boats, to mud boggers. Modified, fabricated dozens of vehicles including building 3 airplanes. Even have a 43 MB Willys with a GL 1800. Its performance with six speeds and 6 gear ratios ( plus doubling HP) is the reason this project went the way it did. Some people will spend $20,000 Plus on a UTV. But it's safe to say most of those could never keep up. With under $6,000 invested....... I have money left over to play.

@rather B welding You might want to add a front cowling all the way up to your steering wheel & also 2x quarter wheel mud guards that are fixed to the sides of the cart's frame so that they are positioned in the 9, 10 & 11 o'clock position on the right wheel well & 1, 2 & 3 o'clock position on the left wheel well. This is where most of the mud & water will be thrown off the wheels when going through huge puddles. Doing this will save you having water & mud covering you from head to toe.

You will want to watch the video's rather than just listen to the music however to get the whole experience. Here is a mini playlist that I would suggest watching #1, Jinjer Pisces live session at Napalm records, #2, Teacher teacher, #3, I speak astronomy #4, Perennial and there are many more I could list but that should get you started.
