CBR 125R 2015 100 Mile Review

What are your thoughts on the 2015 CBR 125R?

Bought same bike same colour brand new in Jan 2016 with 2 miles on the clock - and just hit my 100 miles. Such a great starter bike, really loving it so far. Looks fantastic, easy to ride and learn on. Good off the mark and up to about 50 mph. Only thing that is already getting annoying is the slow top speed, but that will apply to all 125's. Need to pass full test ASAP. Same as you in this vid, I can't push the bike but within the engine break in limits I can already tell low top speed will annoy me pretty quickly. Very cheap to ride and maintain. For the money and especially with the 0% finance deal it was a no brainer of a buy and actually persuaded me to get this brand new instead of a second hand bike. Subbed to see how you get on compared to my experience.

+Draig UK Awesome! Thank you for subscribing, I have more contect on the way soon. I agree the top speed is not ideal but does seem to be somewhat consistent with all other 125's on the market. I have noticed that mine will now hit 60Mph without an issue after 500 miles on the clock, I'll upload some more footage soon, just waiting to cover the last 40 miles to complete my break-in period

Can u notice a difference between the cbr and r125 top speed?

+Simão Maltez No, both seem pretty similar. As the CBR is in the break in period I haven't pushed it quite as hard as my R125. As my reviews go on I will discover more about the CBR so it's worth checking out the 250 mile and 500 mile review when I post them
