When the fight breaks out, our mother and our girlfriends run towrads saftey, but not before taking down some rival goons with their funny high jinks. After a long brawl, our side wins. But our father gets injured , it seems fatal . But by the end he recovers and seeks forgiveness from our mother. With his head hanging in shame, he explains the reason for him abandoning his family. But claims that God has given him a second chance to be with his family again thus he embraces us. He also welcomes our girlfriends / fiances to the family. By the end veryone is happily smiling at each other.

Kishore Kumar is such a treat to listen to. Great selection of songs. I grew up listening to my dad play these on cassette tapes every weekend on an old Fisher with tower speakers. At the time it was the most expensive thing he had bought for my mom's birthday after just a few years in America. It might not have been the most advanced player but it was enough for them. Even if I can't always understand what they are saying they hold a special and sentimental place in my heart.

I have been curious for some time about the production methods utilized in this genre and period. I can only apprehend it as an outsider truly, it operates on a different set of aesthetic rules than i came up with, but it is quite compelling to me nonetheless, some of the band stuff is super cool and aggressive and tight, and i wonder how they worked that all out and/or notated it in conjunction with the vocal and orchestral arrangements.
