America has laws. Innocent until proven guilty. All deserve due process. There's a lot of people that have been convicted of crimes that they did not commit. Not that this situation falls under those circumstances.However it's still better if it's actually proven without a doubt that he killed her, So When he tries to get Paroled out of prison for good behavior or whatever, They will know for a fact that he killed her due to the court process and the evidence which will mean that they were more likely.Keep him in jail rather than possibly.Let him go because there's no evidence that he actually killed her. Let them do their process. Who on earth could put someone in jail?If you didn't have factual evidence and information that that person truly committed the crime that's wrong

@@julesprice5805 People admit they did it for plea deals a million times a day. When you go up for parole the one thing that's a guarantee is that the board knows you did it. This is still a lot of evidence for a trial, that on the surface, looks like a slam dunk.
