Thing is by him mentioning that he felt persuaded and not giving enough time when he took his plea.. could make it look like they used their tactics to get him to say what they wanted to hear .. when he took his plea you could also see him have an exchange of words with his attorney (if I recall correctly) as if he didn’t know certain things about his plea deal but his attorney kind of brushed him off . Prosecutors might have statements from before but he’s no longer a credible witness for them. Also, in all fairness the others witnesses (officers) that testified were given resources so they could review their statements while being questioned.. most didn’t remember what occurred off the top of their head.
