In these situations. I understand why the school administration doesn't step in. Your damned if you do, your damned if your don't. You step in and do something, parents get mad. You let the kids duke it out and protect the teachers, the parents get mad. Can't blame the school districts on this one. This is what happens when soft parents support education reform where they limit how much disciplinary power a school can have on students.

Its the principal fault for not dealing with the bullies of a disabled student. This happened to me in Parkview jr high in Minnesota in Roseville in 1973 to 1974 1075. And the bullie a African American teenager a girl hated me based on my disability of a mild specific learning process of dyslexia and dyscalcuala, written expression disorder, Traumatic brain injury 🤕 as a child age 9, and as a two yrs old, Anoxic brain 🧠 injury. To this day that bullie lied to mrs Armstrong i was harassing her in jr highschool which is intriguing her lies about disability students are hookers whores prostitute. And teaching her grandkids to bullie disabled kids and adults.
