Protection orders are meaningless. IF someone needs an order of protection, they should at the same time legally arm themselves AT ALL times. DO NOT fall for any "sweet talk" either and if a meeting is necessary ALWAYS meet in a public place, bring a witness AND "your little friend". Once you need an Order of Protection BREAK OFF ALL COMMUNICATION and if it IS necessary always bring a police officer. VALUE your life, BE SMART and protect it. This year, I have heard this type story over and over and over again. Just last week, a woman was thrown down a staircase. BE SMART, get off your heels and get on your toes.
