Mr. Hartman, I can't help but point out that the word "emet" in Hebrew means truth. Your son should feel proud of his name!

Steve Hartman (and family) a national treasure! Mr. Hartman's work of bringing us stories of joy, integrity, human kindness, and soul-full empathy are such a beautiful gift for all of us! I've sent the link to this series to everyone I know (please do that too!) and I hope we will all watch and share these messages. THANK YOU Steve (and family!)...I watch CBS exclusively because of Steve Hartman. Let's all move one step closer to the mountain every single day. Kindness...honesty...gratitude!

Two weeks ago I hit a car on a parking lot, I waited for the owner to come back from the Grocery Store, but he didn't ... so I left a note with my phone number. Felt good ... I told a friend about, he thought I was crazy. A year ago someone hit my car and didn't left a note and I remember how I felt then, I didn't want that owner feel the same way. So I guess it is true: Don't do to others, what you don't want others do to you.

Oh my goodness, let me first say that these classes are not just for the children. I'm 63 and when you first started theses classes I was glad that you, Milra, and your son Emmitt are giving us something different then the virus stories. I love you Co-Host Miral ( I hope I'm spelling her name right) the way she has the best answers and information. I know that you are proud of her and your son. This bring me joy. I don't have Facebook so I watch it on KZbin the next day. I would love to meet Miral someday and give her a big hug. She has taught me how important it is to listen. Oh, she dresses very well for a Co-Teacher! You son has all the awesome answers and faces too. I love this and all you do Mr. Hartman. I can't wait until you get back "On The Road Again". Thanks Cheryl Holmes From Raeford North Carolina

Steve: You and your kids are doing great! I am a prof at the Albers School of Business & Economics, Seattle University. For the last couple years I have showed one of your stories as I close out every class to remind students that our role in life, and business, is to make a difference. The students LOVE your stories. I love what you are doing with your kids for other kids. Nice work! Joe Barnes.

This is what I did. I was at the register in a big chain store and there were no cashiers to take my money for a simple can of beans. . So I angrily took the can of beans and left. When I cooled off, I started thinking how can I make this right? This is what I did: I went back to the store, about a week later, bought a can of beans, paid for it and after I paid, I put the can of beans back on the shelf. Honesty prevailed!

Okay, this might just sound like it’s unrelated but since I’m gluten intolerant I thought I might comment on the first segment. Yes, unfortunately not all gluten free stuff taste good. Most times is made by people who are not gluten free, and they just think eliminating gluten will make it all right... On the other hand, it tends to be very expensive and not offer a wide variety. When you have the choice of a gluten free something or nothing at all, you tend to settle for crappy gluten free Girl Scout cookies! I’d use the as pie crust or something. Sorry for the rant. After all, I’m just being honest... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 🤣 🤣 🤣
