Can't stop crying. Im so glad for all the happiness, but it's so unfair it had ho be preceded by sadness. Whst kind of monster hurts a little boy so to send him to a hospital or dares steal the only savings two motherless brothers have? Thanks for these great stories. We can learn so much from them.

The young man who was trying to raise his 3 children got me. Because next month, starting on February 1st is National Heart Month. Friday the 7th is Wear Red for Women. Go Red is the American Heart Associations effort to raise awareness about women’s heart health. Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women. It takes the life of more women than all the cancers combined. 1) Heart Attacks 2) Cancer 3) Strokes Cardiovascular is closely linked to strokes. Whatever your age is, you can still have a heart attack. You can still have a stroke. Those aren’t limited to old folks anymore. In fact Steve did a story on a high school kid who was affected by hereditary heart problems. The road to heart health is an easy one. First, take your blood pressure. Next: repeat step one. Take your blood pressure every day and write it down. Maybe for a week or two. Then make an appointment with your family doctor and let him or her see your results. Make sure you put the date and time with each blood pressure. It helps if you do them all at the same time. Also let your doctor know if you’ve been having headaches you can’t seem to get rid of. Finally, whatever they tell you to do, DO IT!! Lose weight, eat better (if your habits are bad). Stop smoking, get some exercise. If you know someone who is trying to lose weight , see if you can join them. The two things that make the biggest impact are the smoking and exercise parts. And you can look this up for yourself but black women and smoking are an awful combination. It’s hard to say what caused this beautiful lady to have a stroke . It may not have been high blood pressure. But if it’s something you can do to give yourself a chance to see your beautiful babies grow up, wouldn’t you?

Maybe lots of shoppers in this small crowded store are elderly and/or immune compromised? Im 91, my Mrs 87 n shes a kidney transplant sur. She has to wear a mask. To maintain her health. In small spaces we appreciate others maybe masking up too. To help keep her healthy. Im find it odd thats what you took away from this Amazing story.
