Ran into Chris behind stage at a Brotherhood show in Dillon Lake Co. Said hi, he stopped and chatted with me for a minute. Told him I rocked out to his music a lot in 90s, he was super chill. He could probably tell I was fired up that he stopped and acknowledged me.

Always loved the Crowes, I learnt to play guitar in the early 90’s to their songs. I’m happy to see the brothers together, whether or not Steve is there... it’s still the black crowes. People make mistakes, and i bet Chris has gone through a lot losing his dear friend to suicide last summer. I’m happy him and Rich are talking again
@bbb462cid8 ай бұрын
When the Crowes came out, I was in my early 20s. Did not listen to the popular music of time. I was a James Brown, Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley, SRV, Stones, Clash, and Mojo Nixon guy. The Crowes were exactly in my lane. Southern Harmony is still one of my favorite albums, I listen to it for weeks on end.

Prolific, Amorica was a fantastic follow-up CD to Shake Your Money Maker or was it Southern Harmony. Any way you slice it. Every song on every album is solid. Their live shows are amazing. Nothing gets lost in the translation live. I hope they tour with the entire original band intact. it's funny once you say something you can never take it back. The person on the receiving end will probably never forget and you will have to live with it. It's not like you can just catch the hurt and bring it back. Fingers crossed.
