He also said in order to review the customer service he can’t go in because people recognize him and give him special treatment. We seen him go into the store in this interview, so I’m sure he it isn’t just his social anxiety.

He's gotten over his social anxiety. The reason he can't go inside is because he's too recognizable and won't get an authentic customer service experience. One time a restaurant told him and his family they would have to wait 3 hours to be seated but when they finally realized who he was, they chased him outside as he was leaving to offer him a table but he declined. He doesn't want to give biased reviews.

Just left Atlanta again and still not impressed with the food. Fast food or chain restaurants were better than the mom and pops. I would have hoped it would changed.
