The trauma dumping may seem like an excuse but I get it. I used to subway surf and check out abandoned buildings as a teen. When I was a teen I had a lot of issues so my way of expelling them was to do something that would fuel my adrenaline. I didn't drink, smoke, or do any other drugs so my way of escaping was doing extreme activities. Eventually, I took up much more productive hobbies which gave me more positive outlets in martial arts, hiking and joined the wrestling team in high school. So when some of them use their trauma as an excuse, I get it. I don't condone it, but the adrenaline is something you must experience to understand.

I feel sorry for all the workers who have to experience trauma only because children are put into this world by people who think being a parent means "that kid came out of my body". Poor kids though, their parents do not give a shit about them, do not love them. When one gets fly swatted and ends up as large number 9 without extra fries all of a sudden it's a security issue from the city. Blame takes the person responsible for these young people.
