As a pvp warrior. You gotta learn to close the distance without charge against casters. Since you'll need it when they cc you or create distance. Mounting up at the start helps.

The sub rogue duel wasn't very accurate since you can see at 20:18 he pops Blade Flurry, which would require him to drop Shadow Dance in the sub tree in order to pick it up. He was either a fun spec or didn't really know what he was doing, but duelling a 1 in a million hybrid isn't great information. One of the best ways is to just spam overpower for its high crit chance so it applies deep wounds whilst you're trying to get that initial rend on him, or being ready with a demo shout when they gain range with no bleed and are going to vanish. Usually they bleed you up with their opener stunlock with shadowdance and if you apply pressure with overpowers, they tend to blind once the bleeds wear out. This is a great time to bladestorm so that you become immune to their blind and then trinket the following kidneyshot. A fair guide for beginners, but I think you should have revisited that bit and duelled an ACTUAL sub rogue, lol.

Shammy duel was pretty poor also. The tip says to always keep MS up because of wolves heal and he literally never presses it the entire duel. Also a good beginners guide for warriors should go over macros in addition to keybinds. You can see he wastes pummel on the shaman while he's in the middle of the intercept stun, because he think's it's piercing howl. He has both bound to the 'F' key in different stances. That shit is so bait for new warriors. You think it's good cuz "oh wow I'm saving a keybind!"... but you want all of your abilities available to you with a press of a button in every stance. How would you ever play arena with these binds?

You can make macros for all spells that require specific stances to cast the stance. That way you never have to even think about stance dancing you just press the spell and you end up in the correct stance. I can't even imagine playing warrior without doing this. For example since overpower can only be cast in Battle Stance you make the following Macro: #Showtooltip Overpower /cast Battle Stance /cast Overpower This puts you in battle stance on your first press if you are on GCD, if you're not on GCD it will put you in battle stance and cast OP immediately. Just do the same for all spells that require specific stances and it becomes way less confusing since you always just have to press one bind to cast the spell instead of 2. As for what stance to be in in ceratin situations it is not very complicated, you only ever go Berserker stance to intercept or use other stance specific abilities, e.g Pummel/Recklessness. If you have excess rage whilst in the stance you can use WW just for some extra burst, otherwise you go back to battle stance asap if you're on the offence. Def stance is kind of self explanatory, you should be in it to mitigate damage when you're on the defence or use stance specific abilities such as intervene. You can also use shield block early in def stance to help mitigate damage while you're going offensive since this allows you to spam revenge which deals a LOT of damage.

Honestly some say Warr can beat Dk... but in end game i think hell no.. if dk survives some dmg he is the best class how duel goes on..Maybe 2.5k rated warr who exactly knows what he is doing in every moment with full PvE off set can beat DK but only MAYBE. Thats my opinion. Dks are invincible in wotlk 1v1 and requires a lot less practice and skill to play

not a single real player as opponents in duel,idk. shud tell the people how duel matchup works vs real players for example shp will try to reach second fear, if he lands it,its pretty much gg cause need trinket for hooror. so shud try to save bs into reck for second fear. also good pr will never cast. in hunter duel u shud eather charge with reflect up,or trinket the trap,if u sit trap as war hunter gets range,u intercept -> he disengage can never reach him.

That mage trick where you make him use ice block and blink and you can free bs them is pretty good but it wont work against good mages. At first charge they should use frist nova and kit you instead of blinking. And when u intercept they can blink and u wont be able to abuse this. Also against ranged classes, starting with charge is waste imo. If u have a choice run up to them, bloodrage and hamstring, rend so on. Against hunters u can spend one talent on improved bloodrage and that will give u exactly 25 rage instantly. Which means u can use bs and avoid any traps and surprise them.
