Lived in Chicago.until 12. Loved it as a kid. Lived in Morgan Park. Wonderful house built in 1882. Loved the ethnic foods from all the neighborhoods.

In the 1st part of this video she is of Indian background, yet born and raised in FIGI,unheard of,and no Chef,yes it's true that usually foods are paired with wine, but I didn't care about that, my job was to work in the kitchen, and it's up to the FOH staff to do the rest of the service, and in the 2nd part of this video, the Chef comes out of the kitchen and talks to the customer, and I did the same thing, and I didn't care if I got into trouble, because I wanted direct feedback from the customer, GOOD OR BAD, and if they gave me suggestions I would take it with a grain of salt, but if they liked the flavors, presentation, and the price, than I took the compliment, and would pass it on to the BOH staff, it's a win,win concept, win or loose. Very good video so far.
