Trump reacts to Biden decision to end reelection campaign

Former President Donald Trump spoke by phone with CBS News' Robert Costa about President Biden's decision to end his reelection campaign. Trump called it a shock to the country and that he wasn't sure if Vice President Kamala Harris would be the Democratic nominee.
