The First Amendment is obviously endangered by hesitation to not utilize the 14th Amendment section three. The final line of defense is our representatives in Congress, who alone, have been constitutionally designated to vote on this matter. SCOTUS was correct to allow ballot access to the adjudicated insurrectionist. The political remedies designated specifically to Congress in the Constitution, like impeachment, these duties are outside of the jurisdiction of SCOTUS and are Congressionally mandatory. Unelected politically appointed employees in the judiciary were not entrusted with this responsibility. In my opinion

See the problem with the Supreme Court decision was that there was a trial in Colorado and Trump was found to be an insurrectionist and was deemed to be an invalid candidate based on that ruling. The Supreme Court completely ignored the fact Trump was found guilty in a Colorado court.

Will you please cover the Kahleb Collins case out of Winfield AL, Fayette County. It's a twisted case! We really need a pitbull like you on it! If you're unfamiliar with it; I will gladly send you links. It's a very interesting and intriguing case. My heart is so very saddened by it. Brief run down. There was an accident that occurred 12/8 on a county road. The father (Steven Bradley Collins- Brad) was driving, the mother (Wendy Pamela Bailey-Pam) and 2 year old Ryleigh Collins were the occupants of a single vehicle crash. The father was driving 92 mph in a 45 mph speed zone on a county back, while it was raining and had been raining heavily the days prior. Once next of kin was notified of the accident. a family member asked LEO where was Kahleb. LEO searched for 8 days at and around the crash site. During that search they arrest the maternal grandfather (John Bailey) as he had custody of BOTH children (Ryleigh and Kahleb) and John failed to report Kahleb as MIA. From the report given. Kahleb last known sighting was 9/4. Brad and Pam were estranged from BOTH sides of the family, besides the maternal grandpa (John- Pam's dad). It has been reported when FAMILY would ask about Kahleb from time to time they (Brad, Pam, and Grandpa) would state he (Kahleb) was with a family friend. When family friends were questioned, they reported they were told Kahleb was with a family member. I sincerely hope you will look into this case! I, along with many others would LOVE to see and hear you cover this intriguing story. Thank you!
