Yo! The studios need to release Part 2 of Horizon. Like not cool. Kevin Costner did a great job not to release the second part of the story. So disappointing. Much love to one of the greatest directors and actors today. A true legend. ❤

Horizon Chapter 1 is exquisite, visually, historically, cinematically, beautiful sound track. Really honors American history- the Western expansion - in a way I have never seen or experienced before. And to see it on the big screen, I have now been 6 times, and would go again. Each time is a different experience for me. This is going to be acknowledged as the classic it is in time. The French had it right when it got an 11 minute ovation at Cannes!

I watched the paternity story twice and it still didn't add up. At first the mother stated that she knew he had another father, that he wanted to be in the picture, but it "didn't work out." Matt said as a boy he was trying to have contact with him and know him. But then Matt says he had to have an awkward conversation with his mom about fertility assistance. Then she claims to not know what artificial insemination is and thought that it was her husband's sperm. The whole thing makes no sense. She's not being forthright, they're trying to tell the story in an ambiguous manner in order to protect her reputation, but it ends up being terrible journalism because the main question every viewer would have is how did she get pregnant and who is the father. ???

This man is not a good actor, he can play a certain role good enough for some entertainment, but there's a lot of roles he would just bomb at, bad, like embassasinly bad, he's extremely lucky. Kevin Costner sucks as an actor.
