After he's sentenced and Biden wins this November, they need to add a 4th amendment to the rules for Presidential Candidacy: Candidates must not be currently serving time in jail or prison or house arrest during run for presidential election.

No, they will just have to explain to the appeals court how theycould charge him for something 4 years after the statute of limitations has run out, it does not make a difference why he called the payments "legal expenses" the statute of limitations for a misdemeanor is fixed no matter what the reason for doing it is.

As a United States Navy and Army National Guard veteran, I prefer Commander-in-Chiefs who aren't sociopathic lunatics. He acts like a petulant child every day. It's in his nature. He can't accept that he lost a free and fair election, even after using a fake elector scheme in seven battleground states. Like his late father, Fred Trump, Sr., he sees losing as a weakness.
