There will be a report. A case. Then, it actually goes before a child judge. CPS does actually investigates every report. Yes. It's a mess. Yes, there are laws, a f.g way, even down to if it's a preschool child. It's child line. Google child line. Please report any suspected child abuse, neglect,. Teachers, nurses, physicians even dentists, especially police. Mandated . If u suspect it, think something is not right, just call childline

Well, I am pretty upset, this case is in WV, I live in WV...CPS, the school did not check on her. I think the teachers might have been concerned about the child, so those parents took her out of school. I believe there has to be some kind of checks on children, who are at home being "homeschooled". See, I never knew this, but I think that parents have to send some kind of like , curriculum, to show they are actually educating the child. But, that is not, the education a child receives in public schools. It is age appropriate classes,with social interaction with other children.

A report from school have been automatic home visits and a check of any court orders. One would hope she would have been in foster care after the first visit. Withdrawal from school was another warning flag of the abuse intensifying. The court order to protect her failed. CPS failed to protect her. Her own mother and father failed to protect her. It’s a tragedy !!! I do commend the school in this case !!!

It’s clear Cindy Warren was and still is the abuse instigator because it only started when the dad started dating her. And over 10 or so years ago she and her ex husband beat his son to death. But that didn’t start until that guy started dating her as well. It seems that every man she gets with has a child from another relationship and then Cindy starts dating them and then the kids from the guys previous relationships gets beaten and abused to death. She can’t stand to be around another woman’s child. Which is sick. It’s all her who begins the process but the fathers should have protected their kids.
