That’s wright! Also you can Boil some cloves and cinnamon smell it and let it go in the air, you also can put one clove or/and cinnamon in your tea! My son had it last week the doctor told me he should drink plenty of water and eat healthy food, and he could eat banana rice apples and drink electrolytes drink like Gatorade. If you get sick let your body do its job, tell your kids don’t be scared it’s normal when you throw up it means your body is doing a great job fighting to feel better the next day, and get plenty of rest so that your body cleanse itself from the stress and pain. (My daughter and I got it today😢 if I feel better tomorrow I want to deep clean everything using bleach soap and water and spray alcohol on the surfaces after cleaning everything including door knobs and sanitizing things we use like pc phones remotes..etc but I’ll start with the laundry using hot water )

Most health 'fixes' are preventative.. wash your hands, brush your teeth, eat sensible food, stay active, don't be sedentary, don't smoke or drink... BUT we have well over a century's worth of experience in realizing that (at least) Americans don't and won't do those things.

I would laugh too normally, but he was a doc, and I've had it before, this stuff sucks butthole. I mean, he said it, major diarrhea & puking. 🤷‍♀️ Nothing you can take to get rid of it once it's in your system. Just literally let it work it's way out. 🤮 Ick. & Idk how I got it. I work at a casino, so maybe there? No one else was contagious/sick. 🤷‍♀️ Weird.
