Agreed, but but do you really love him more than those that you think hate him? Hate is to harm. Who is harming and who is loving and trying to actually help? People have chosen to lose understanding of the love and the abilities of Jehovah Rapha and they instead settle for what hurts people more rather than God’s best for them. Is that live? Is that hate? Wouldn’t you think that the person who loves this man is the one who shows him God’s loving solutions and perfect truth? God‘s ways are truly best and he didn’t design us to miss out, agreed? Romans one makes it clear that God‘s truth is revealed to all so man is without excuse, what a blessing, no one but those who choose hell go there, but it also goes on to say some do trade in God’s best for the compromises and God will allow a hardness of heart and Hell to anyone who rejects God’s best in favor of being their own god and the eternity without God and his goodness that comes with that choice. I know many people who know longer live in that lifestyle I, but sadly their testimonies are often taken off the Internet, why can’t we hear about the people who feel better off after leaving that lifestyle? Why is the truth of their testimony slandered and even removed from others being able to hear about the greater joy they now have?

I appreciate the theory some Christian’s have that g-d doesn’t make mistakes. Lgbtq folks are purposefully part of maintaining population growth. Sure some have kids and most don’t. Christ’s love is righteous. He died for our sins and expects us to “go and sin no more.” The normalization of behaviors that are in direct misalignment with God’s plan for marriage and procreation is heretical. Loving the LGBTQ+ community means showing them the Gospel and the Word of God and praying for their repentance and alignment with God’s tenets. Affirming sin, twisting scripture, and calling those who admonish these practices as Pharisees, bigots, problematic; is in itself a significant problem. As an Episcopalian (there are many orthodox Episcopalians) I denounce these heretical practices and pray with wholeness of heart and brotherly love that the Holy Spirit brings these individuals to truth in God and that these heresies cease. That the Church move away from heresy and not continue to devolve. Jesus may very well send them away from His sight on Judgment Day.

I am gay and so was my twin brother. My brother was a nurse helping to save people's lives. My twin was Murdered. I maintain that if someone were to read the Bible in a vacuum, unexposed to the views of conservative Christians, the two or three verses that are used as "clobber passages" against the LGBT would not even register for someone among the countless passages about loving your neighbor and caring for the poor and outcast.
