The dynamic between he and Deneuve was unique to what I've seen in her many other interviews. His questions elicited some fascinating responses from her. He had a varied and commendable career in journalism but this interview with Catherine Deneuve is embedded in my memory.

I found it excellent, however quite sad in parts, vis a vis Bardot. One of my very favorite anecdotes, however, has to do with an airport and it's something that would never happen nowadays. Another has to do with BB and another young actress but for now my lips are sealed, lol! I won't giveaway any more than that but you will know what I mean when you read it. I would be interested in knowing how you like the book :)
