I have a question. Were you fluent in German when you came back to the states and how much German did you have under your belt before you left?

+JoeyTV Hey! No, I was not fluent when I came back. I would say my level was high functioning conversational. Funny enough, I had zero German language experience before I left.

Haha yeah but I can`t imagine trying to pronounce a letter you don`t even have in your language (stupid Umlauts :D ) Yeah I would love to. Or when I get back to the US, but I`m a Florida Chick so Idk if that is close to where you live / go to college ^^

Thanks! I am from Florida and I plan to return to Germany as soon as I can. At the very latest, with a study abroad program next spring.

oh nice! i never studied abroad but a year into working as a social worker i decided i hated it and moved to germany to au pair a year and figure out new career options haha might do my masters here.
