thank you, it bugs me that they did a video about musical that was revived with andy by deaf west end and is loved by so many deaf/hoh people yet they couldn't bother to add captions :/

I think Playbill, like many other channels, think that auto captions are fine and easy because they don't have to do anything. I've asked Playbill via twitter and the comment section of their video, but they won't make it so I can caption it. Initially I asked them if they were going to caption it, and started working on the transcript. And after telling them I finished the transcript nothing changed (no community captions), I decided to just upload the video myself with the in-video captions, so the video is accessible for those who need it. Hopefully Playbill does decide to turn on Community Captions, soon.
