食譜& Recipe(Eng) ⬇️⬇️ 食譜: 烤盤尺寸28*37釐米 高筋麵粉(或中筋麵粉)500克 水400克 白糖15克 幹酵母4克 鹽10克m 橄欖油20 表面: 海鹽2克(或普通鹽) 黑橄欖50克(沒有可不放) 香腸片60克(沒有可不放) 230°C/或446°F 20分鐘 Tips: *(烤箱預熱15分鐘,220°C~250°C可選,烘烤18~20分鐘) *橄欖油可以用味道清淡的食用油替換 *烤箱如果有熱風功能可以打開,如果沒有熱風也完全OK的。 You won’t understand the satisfaction of this focaccia filled with a million bubbles until you make this recipe yourself! The bubbles are full, the inside is soft, the skin is crisp and thin, it's amazing! We just need a wooden spatula to stir and won't make your hand sticky at all! It's so easy to make a large plate at a short amount of time! It can be served with any vegetable or meat you like inside or on the surface, or it can be sliced and filled with vegetables, meat and cheese as sandwiches. Your Italian style bread is very tempting! My ciabatta dough (with basil and dry tomato) is under fermentation now, will refer to your recipe and make the focaccia with fresh picked rosemary next time.

Hi, I tried your focaccia recipe n it turned out really yummy n successful. The only problem I had was that it sticked to the pan even tho there’s much oil. Probably it’s my pan. Can I use baking paper for this? Thanks!
