中下层290°F烘烤35分钟。
小贴士:
1. 食谱量为2个10厘米水立方,也可使用1个450g吐司盒。
2. 馅料多放,更加美味。
3. 编辫子时松紧适度,不宜过紧。
4. 烘烤至上色满意,及时加盖锡纸
5. 晾凉后装食品袋密封保存,3天以上建议冷冻。

Milk: 140g
Egg: 1pc(50g)
Sugar: 25g
Milk powder: 10g
Bread flour: 270g
Yeast: 3g
Water: 5g(Dissolve the yeast)
Salt: 3g
Butter: 25g
Mayonnaise
Pork floss
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Bake:
Bake in the middle-lower layer at 290°F for 35 minutes.
Tips:
1. This recipe makes two 10 cm cube molds or one 450g loaf pan.
2. Use plenty of filling for a more flavorful result.
3. When braiding the dough, maintain moderate tension; don't make it too tight.
4. Cover with aluminum foil once it reaches the desired color.
5. After cooling, store in a sealed food bag. For storage longer than three days, freeze it.
