Have never attempted croissant or even puff pastry but this looks so fun to do. Great when you're in pandemic lock in. Indeed, there is much happiness in making your own bread. Thx for the inspiring tutorial!

Thank you for sharing. You definitely know your stuff. And yes you are right its just like making croissants just a little different. My lamination on the dough was not so pretty but it did turn out pretty nice the layers can be seen. . I will make again! 😊

keep your lamination corners straight and keep cold, that is the key; you can also do an extra book turn too.

Hello, do you use Instant Yeast or Active dry yeast ? And do you allow the bread to cool down first before you bag it ? Is the baking temperature the same for the small baking oven ? Thank you
