Have seen Phil 5 times all solo concerts. But never disappointed. Got to meet him at 8th day books in Wichita, such a nice guy. Great player and person.

What a day! 1980 seems like a few days ago. These fleeting memories. I really loved hearing that again. Thank you.

Fantastic! Love it! So tight, so tasteful. Sung and played skillfully and joyfully. All for the glory of God!! .... Saw Phil with this band line-up in the fall of 1980 at Kings College in Briarcliff Manor, NY. The place was so full that me and my friends had to sit on the floor between the first row and the stage. Loved every minute. It was so exciting. Those were the days.

I've seen "A Royal Commandment" from this set on a separate KZbin clip, but having the entire concert - what a treat! Thank you for posting this!

Que guitarrista impresionante! Con la acústica es un fenómento también.

Sin duda alguna uno de los guitarristas más infravalorados. No tiene el reconocimiento que debería por grabar música cristiana, pero acá entre nos sabemos que es un talentazo.

IMO, the second most accomplished guitarist in the world. Only Guthrie Govan of The Aristocrats is better. However, no one touches Phil on the acoustic.

Tommy Immanuel is the best acoustic player I have seen, Phil is incredible though I have seen him 3 times.

Is this Jerry Gaskill playing drums? Does anyone know who the drummer is?

I don't believe so. Not sure of his name though.

@@CCMPreservation It´s Jim DeLong from the group Crossection. Curt Bartlett guitar, Lee Jones bass and Dan Murdock keyboards.

Funny how in Revelation, after the great red dragon is cast out of heaven with all his angels , that time is no more, and death flees ! ?
