You cannot use the network address or the broadcast address, so the first usable IP is 210.15.10.1 for F0/0 and 210.15.10.65 for F0/1.

You're right. He missed up in some point where he said we can't use this as it's the broadcast,, which is wrong. As we add that magic (number-1) to get the final address which is already the broadcast.. So for F0/0 broadcast is 63..and for F0/1 broadcast is 127
