While a short stint abroad is fine, Goans, especially the youth, must come back and take up their stations here in Goa for the well-being of their future. It's good to see father and daughter working together in maintaining our local business of pau. I remembered my childhood days where our neighbor was a poder. The head was a lady. We use to call her Mistin. But now it is rented and run by Karwaries. But the taste of bread prepared by goans with fumer was really good. Keep it up. May God bless you. Pav and the bun like used to be my favourite always when I visited goa during my summer holidays visiting my uncles house in the 70's and 80's. Still when ever I visit goa I make sure to eat pav and chana roso. No pav ever comes close to the ones that are made in the locak bakeries of goa. Not to forgot the mirchi bajo in the snack time.
